Deep crimson with a youthful purple hue. Complex aromas of plum and blackberry entwined with dark chocolate, earth and vanillin oak. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark plum and mocha melded with earth notes and well integrated oak.
This wine lends itself perfectly to a variety of meat dishes. The spicy overtones work well with Asian and Indian foods, as well as complimenting the more traditional flavours of roast lamb or slow cooked beef cheeks.
