Nugan Estate Black & White

The Nugan Estate Black & White label is Nugan Estate’s second label made from estate grown fruit from the family’s vineyards around Australia. The Black & White label represents value and consistency over-delivering at its price point to allow consumers to enjoy quality wine every day.

Chardonnay

Brilliant straw with youthful green hues. Rich, toasty aromas of canned peach and melon with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanillin spice nuances. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream, layered with allspice. Enjoy with marinated baby octopus or pan-fried scallops with artichoke hearts tossed with wild rocket.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson with a youthful purple hue. Sweet aromas of red currant with mixed spice and vanillin oak nuances. Rich and concentrated flavours of sweet red berries, earth and spice with velvety tannins. Perfect with red meat dishes such as slowed roasted lamb shanks or seared venison.

Shiraz

Deep crimson with a youthful purple hue. Complex aromas of ripe berries and spice with a hint of toasty oak. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well structured palate of dark berries melded with earthy overtones and well integrated oak. The spicy overtones work well with Asian and Indian foods, as well as traditional red meat dishes such as roast lamb or slow cooked beef cheeks.
